When is payment due? Payment for all services is due once you sign our service agreement contract. Work will not begin until payment has been successfully processed.
Do you offer refunds? No. All payments for services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative and marketing work, payment is required up front before any services begin.
What does the 72-hour turnaround guarantee mean? My turnaround time guarantee is 72 business hours, which applies Monday through Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not counted toward this timeframe.
Can I request revisions? Yes—your service package will outline how many revisions are included. Additional revisions (if needed) may be purchased separately.
Do you share the work you create for clients? Yes. By booking my services, you automatically agree to allow me to share completed work in my portfolio, on social media, and in other promotional materials. If you need confidentiality for any reason, please discuss this prior to booking.
Is a contract required? Yes. All clients must sign a service agreement/contract before any work begins.
What payment methods are accepted? I accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo currently. I do NOT accept cash or checks.
